WareSpace is opening its newest location in Plano, transforming a 174,500-square-foot former retail property into a business hub designed to support more than 160 growing companies across North Texas.
The company will celebrate the opening with an open house on Aug. 6, highlighting the small businesses already operating inside the facility.
A New Home For Growing Businesses
The new WareSpace facility at 700 E. Plano Parkway is the company’s fourth location in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. The space offers flexible warehouse suites ranging from 200 to 2,000 square feet, giving small businesses room to grow without committing to a traditional industrial lease.
The facility includes private warehouse spaces, climate control, 24/7 secure access, loading docks, Wi-Fi, industrial racking, conference rooms, shared kitchens and lounge areas.
The model is designed for businesses that have outgrown a garage or storage unit but may not need a large warehouse of their own.
Celebrating Plano’s Entrepreneurial Community
The Aug. 6 grand opening will bring together business owners, community leaders, elected officials and local vendors for tours, networking and demonstrations.
Guests will have the opportunity to meet WareSpace tenants, explore the facility and see products created by businesses using WareSpace locations across the country. The celebration will also feature food and beverages from Plano vendors, giveaways and business resource partners.
“We did not want this to be an event about WareSpace. We wanted it to be about the businesses inside it,” said Levi Cohen, CEO of WareSpace, in an official statement. “Most of our tenants outgrew a garage or self-storage unit, and a full industrial lease was too much building, too much commitment and too much risk.”
Plano Mayor John B. Muns said the facility represents another opportunity to support the city’s growing business community.

The facility joins a growing network of WareSpace locations across the country, providing entrepreneurs with professional space, shared amenities and shorter-term lease options.
