Plano is adding another major corporate name to its growing headquarters landscape. Daisy Brand LLC, the century-old food company known for its sour cream and cottage cheese products, is planning to relocate its corporate headquarters from Dallas to Plano after the Plano City Council approved an incentive agreement supporting the move.

The company is expected to move into a new 54,498-square-foot office space at Granite Park Four, located at 5850 Granite Parkway.

Another Corporate HQ Heads To Plano

On July 27, Plano City Council approved a $500,000 grant tied to Daisy Brand’s relocation. Under the agreement, Daisy must occupy the office space by the end of 2027, lease at least 54,500 square feet and complete a minimum of $10 million in real property improvements.

Founded in 1917, Daisy Brand currently operates its headquarters at 12750 Merit Drive in North Dallas. The relocation would bring another established corporate headquarters to Plano, continuing the city’s recent momentum in attracting large companies.

Plano’s Growing Corporate Presence

Earlier this year, AT&T announced plans to relocate its headquarters operations from downtown Dallas to a new 54-acre global campus at 5400 Legacy Drive in Plano. The project, planned on the former Electronic Data Systems campus, includes a significant redevelopment effort supported by city incentives.

The AT&T agreement includes up to $20 million in economic incentives connected to redevelopment and job creation, along with a long-term property tax rebate agreement.

As more companies choose Plano for their headquarters, the city’s business districts continue to evolve, adding more prominent office developments and recognizable corporate destinations.

The new headquarters will place Daisy among a growing collection of major employers in Plano’s business corridors, further strengthening the city’s role as a corporate hub in North Texas.
