A new fast-casual restaurant that offers soups, salads, pizza sandwiches and mac and cheese bowls is coming to Tarrant County soon.

Pickleman’s Gourmet Café, a Missouri-based chain restaurant, is coming to Keller this fall at 1521 Keller Parkway Suite 100, in the Keller Marketplace where the Tropical Smoothie used to be.

“Known for its made-to-order menu and from-scratch offerings, Pickleman’s serves a menu built around quality ingredients: toasted sandwiches — from Italian beef to Cubans to classic clubs — house-made soups, fresh salads and more, all in a fast-casual setting that works just as well for a quick bite as it does for an easy meal with friends or family,” according to a social media post from the City of Keller earlier this year.

While an official opening date has not been announced, a spokesperson for the City of Keller told the Star-Telegram the restaurant may open sometime in October or November.

The company is expanding to Texas. This will be the first Pickleman’s location in Tarrant County. Other North Texas locations include Plano, Celina, McKinney and The Colony.

The Colony location is inside the Nebraska Furniture Mart, a large home furnishing store that anchors the Grandscape shopping, restaurant and entertainment center.
