Louisville man accused in Texas Roadhouse shooting facing a dozen new charges
LOUISVILLE, Ky. —
A Louisville man charged accused in a shooting at a Texas Roadhouse that injured an employee is facing additional charges.
Ronald Winter, 24, was originally arrested in June after allegedly shooting an employee who confronted him for trying to dine-and-dash at the Okolona store. He was charged with assault for the shooting.
He was initially released days later. Now, Winter is back in custody and facing new charges.
Winter now faces 10 charges of first-degree wanton endangerment, one count of first-degree robbery and one count of tampering with evidence.
Police said the employee was shot in the shoulder during the shooting but his injuries were not life-threatening.
The employee was stable and released from the hospital shortly after the shooting, according to Texas Roadhouse PR.
