The former home of Dallas Cowboys star Deion Sanders sold last week.

The 29,220 square foot mansion at 1400 Copper Point Drive in Prosper includes everything from a theater to a basketball court.

Sanders — a Pro Football Hall of Famer and University of Colorado Boulder head coach — had the home built in 1999, but sold it in 2014, according to previous reporting from The Dallas Morning News. At the end of July, the home was sold once again to new buyers.

In 2014, Sanders sold his home in Prosper, along with 109 acres, to developers who built single-family homes and a retail strip near the home. The mansion now sits on nearly six acres.

The mansion’s last listing price was $4.995 million, according to Zillow. The home was first listed in April 2025 for $5.5 million. Heather Stevens of The Agency Frisco had the listing.

Stevens previously told The News that the previous owner purchased the property in 2022 with plans to renovate the home, but never lived in the mansion, meaning that Sanders was the last to live in the property. According to the listing, the home was awaiting a restoration.

The home was bought by Ervin Singh and Pooja Sharma. The married couple took out a mortgage of $3.92 million from Preston Investment Group LLC, who sold the property, according to county records.

The Collin Central Appraisal District placed the value of the home at nearly $5.3 million for tax purposes. However, a protest of the homes value is scheduled for later in August.

The home includes nine bedrooms, 10 full bathrooms and two half-bathrooms, according to Zillow. The mansion’s primary suite includes a kitchenette, laundry station, in-ground jetted spa and a 3,000-square-foot custom two-story closet.

The mansion also has an entertainment wing that includes a theater, indoor pool, bowling alley, basketball court, sauna, steam shower and fitness center.

The mansion overlooks an eight acre pond. The estate includes a private dock, outdoor pool, outdoor kitchen and entertaining space. The home’s 14-bay garage includes two oversized bays for a yacht or RV.

Sanders played for the Dallas Cowboys from 1995 to 1999. He won two Super Bowls during his NFL career, including a Cowboys win over the Pittsburgh Steelers in Super Bowl XXX.
