PERRY, Ga. (WGXA) — Six people were taken to the hospital after a crash in Perry.
According to the Perry Police Department (PPD), a driver of a Chevrolet truck crashed into a white passenger vehicle carrying 5 people along Houston Lake Road near Langston Road at around 7:45 p.m. on Thursday.

PPD suspects heavy rain at the time of the accident could have played a role in the crash.
Police said all six who were involved in the accident were taken to a hospital for treatment, and the severity of each person’s injuries is unknown at this time.
