If you’re already counting down the days until Halloween, we have some wickedly good news for you. The nationally acclaimed cocktail pop-up, Black Lagoon, is officially returning for its 2026 North American tour—and it’s taking over Nickel City HTX in Houston!
Created by renowned mixology masters and industry veterans Erin Hayes and Kelsey Ramage, this limited-time experience is set to become the must-visit destination of the season.

A Haunted House Meets Cocktail Bar
Black Lagoon completely transforms its host venues into dark, metal-inspired haunts. Participating bars will turn into immersive, frightfully fun wonderlands with immersive decor, moody soundscapes, and gorgeously goth aesthetics.
“Every year, we look for new ways to expand the world of Black Lagoon and create a spooky attraction that goes beyond a traditional Halloween pop-up,” say Co-Founders Hayes and Ramage.
At the heart of the Black Lagoon experience is an ingredient-driven cocktail menu. The drinks pair theatrical, spooky presentations with premium spirits. While the full 2026 menu is still yet to be fully revealed, the pop-up cocktail menu will include the Abyssa’s Obsession: A spooky take on the classic piña colada; the Bone Temple, a fall margarita; and Moon Shadow seasonal espresso martini.
The pop-up will feature an exclusive collection of limited-edition, custom-designed glassware by artist Kisira Hill, including the brand-new Abyssa the Octo-Witch Mug (created in collaboration with Tiki Farm).

The Black Lagoon in Houston
While the exact date has yet to be announced, the Black Lagoon will arrive in Houston this late September. In addition to Nickel City HTX, located at 2910 McKinney St, the pop-up will also haunt the likes of DTO in Galveston at 2701 Market St..
