The new Meyerland shop occupies a 1,328-square-foot suite at Meyerland Court on the north side of Beechnut Street just outside the 610 Loop.
HOUSTON — Two Houston dessert brands are expanding together and adding a new soft-serve concept.
Pudgy’s Fine Cookies and Underground Creamery plan to open a second joint store at 4798 Beechnut St. — in the Meyerland Court strip center across from Meyerland Plaza — toward the end of August, according to Pudgy’s owner Van Teamer.

Pudgy’s Fine Cookies and Underground Creamery have shared a kitchen in the Heights since 2022.
The new shop will introduce Underground Softies, the first soft-serve offering from Underground Creamery, a brand built almost entirely on hand-packed pints sold through weekly online drops.
The two businesses declined to describe how they are structured at the new shop and want the details of their business relationship remain confidential.
Kagan Realty represented the landlord in the lease, and Simon Ha of Braun Enterprises represented the tenant. The lease runs five years. Pudgy’s Fine Cookies holds the lease, according to Teamer.
