SAN ANTONIO — Crime Stoppers is asking for the public’s help identifying a man accused of stealing multiple cases of beer from a West Side grocery store and threatening an employee.

The incident happened about 11:35 p.m. Aug. 5 at Padilla Grocery on 3000 Culebra Road.

The man entered the store and stole multiple cases of beer. As he was leaving, he allegedly threatened to shoot a 28-year-old employee before fleeing with the stolen beer.

Crime Stoppers is offering up to $5,000 for information leading to an arrest. Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 210-224-STOP (7867).
