Nearly 30,00 pounds of raw beef imported from Argentina was recalled from Texas and Florida retailers after it was discovered the beef wasn’t inspected upon entering the United States.

Officials said there have been no confirmed reports of illness related to the recalled beef, but anyone concerned about feeling sick should contact a doctor.

Those who have purchased the recalled products should not eat them and throw them away or return them to stores.

Consumers with food safety questions can call the toll-free USDA Meat and Poultry Hotline at 888-MPHotline (888-674-6854) or send a question via email to MPHotline@usda.gov.
