LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – The Mahon Library is launching a new recurring program next week to help residents with technology questions.
The “Tech Cafe” opens Thursday, Aug. 20, with a second session scheduled for Tuesday, Aug. 31. Staff will be available to help visitors get comfortable with phones, tablets, or other devices, and to offer advice on technical problems.
No registration is required to participate.
Staff will not assist with tasks involving identifying personal information, including medical, legal, or financial data. That includes help uploading a resume or completing online forms that contain such information.
