EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) — Some twin brothers were arrested and accused of driving while intoxicated following a party in Horizon City.
The incident happened on August 8 in the 15200 block of Laguna Azul after deputies received reports of a fight and possible assault involving individuals attending the gathering.
During the investigation, deputies determined that 22-year-old Orlando Del Valle had allegedly been driving while intoxicated.
He was taken into custody and charged with Driving While Intoxicated and Unlawful Carrying of a Weapon, with bonds totaling $5,000.

As deputies continued investigating the disturbance, Orlando’s twin brother, Jose Del Valle, arrived in the area, parked his vehicle at a nearby residence, and walked toward the ongoing investigation.
Officials said deputies observed signs that Jose was intoxicated as he attempted to intervene in the investigation.
Deputies said that Jose had also allegedly operated a motor vehicle while intoxicated.
He was also arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated, with a bond totaling $3,000.
