Suspected shooter turned himself in

HOUSTON – A man is dead and another man has turned himself in after a shooting on Houston’s west side Thursday evening.
It happened at 2816 Walnut Bend Lane.
Lt. Larry Crowson said there was some sort of argument that escalated into the shooting. It is unclear what the argument was about at this time.
The suspected shooter turned himself in to police after the shooting and is claiming self-defense.
