Long, 23, of Arlington Heights, was arrested early Aug. 12 near Chestnut Avenue and Rand Road and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood-alcohol concentration of .08 or more. Police records show she was cited and released, with a Sept. 9 court date in Rolling Meadows.
