You can get your chicken fix once again at Chick-fil-A in Montgomery Plaza.
The restaurant closed in May to begin $2.2 million worth of renovations to their drive-thru lanes, patio and kitchen.
They added a third drive-thru lane so they can now have dual delivery lanes, in hopes of easing traffic that builds up during the breakfast, lunch and dinner rush. A new patio trellis, landscaping and additional parking was also added. And finally, the kitchen was expanded with updated finishes.
Originally, state licensing documents pointed to a November end date for construction. But the Montgomery Plaza restaurant announced on social media on Thursday, Aug. 13 that they are “back and better than ever.”
Customers who revisit will notice the biggest changes to the drive-thru lanes. Otherwise, guests can order their chicken sandwiches and nuggets with lemonade and waffle fries as normal in person or through the Chick-fil-A app.
