An oil executive and descendant of Franklin D. Roosevelt listed a sprawling ranch for sale near the Oklahoma border.

Tony Roosevelt, a grandson of the former U.S. president, listed his 1,303-acre Rolling R Ranch in Cooke County for $21.5 million or $16,496 per acre. The ranch is located about 30 miles south of the Oklahoma border. Roosevelt, who is now 90 years old, purchased the ranch in 1999.

The ranch features a four-bedroom, 3,716-square-foot main house. The house features stone flooring, a stone fireplace and a swimming pool and hot tub. The ranch also has a 2,800-square-foot barndominium, built in 2001 with a four-stall horse barn, workshop and a 1,724-square foot living space with four bedrooms, according to the property listing with Hortenstine Ranch Co. The property also includes three other barns.

The land rests along 2.5 miles of Clear Creek and also has Cross Timbers woodlands, grasslands and pecan groves, along with about 15 pastures for cattle grazing. Wildlife such as turkeys and white-tail deer roam the property.
