Some southbound lanes are beginning to reopen. Houston TranStar reports two lanes, the left and center, and the HOV remain closed.

HOUSTON – All southbound main lanes and the HOV lane on the North Freeway near Richey Road are closed as authorities investigate the scene of a crash.
Houston TranStar cameras show a heavy law enforcement presence in the area.
Drivers should expect delays and use caution while traveling through the area.
