Back in January, a viral TikTok spotting a unique home while driving on a highway in San Antonio put that house in the spotlight. It also dug up long-held theories on what the building was and who owns it that locals have been speculating on for years. Now, the house has officially hit the market.
At 3902 Crestridge Drive near Babcock Road and Loop 410, a house with stark white walls and a blue roof has been piquing interest for some time, with one TikTok commenter calling it “Santorini in Texas.” Others had theories surrounding its origins — that it was a doctor’s office, an IHOP, Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen’s beach house, the home of comedian Gabriel “Fluffy Iglesias or actor Tommy Lee Jones. Turns out, none of those stories had much truth, as MySA previously reported that public records suggested it belonged to the family of a San Antonio lawyer.
Built in 2001, it’s now officially on the market and listed on Zillow for $525,000. According to the listing, it’s “a custom home built high on a hill in Oak Hills located off Babcock near the medical center with the most amazing views of downtown San Antonio.” Listing photos show a view of the San Antonio skyline from its high-up vantage point.
It features three bedrooms, two and a half baths, a living room, dining room, breakfast room, wet bar and an upstairs den or office. Spanning over 3,000 square feet, the listing also notes the home’s “huge primary suite and sitting area” in its own wing off the kitchen. The den or office is the only upstairs space, as the house is only one story, though there are single steps throughout the first floor. Photos from the listing also show a three-car garage and outdoor patio.
So, while this house may not have belonged to some elusive celebrity, it can belong to you.
