One of the world’s most expensive perfume makers is eyeing a store in Dallas.

Luxury fragrance maker Clive Christian Perfume could open a new store at NorthPark Center, according to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. An Aug. 4 filing showed the London-based company may occupy about 1,000 square feet in suite 1332 on level one.

The fragrance maker did not respond to a request for comment. Information in TDLR filings is preliminary and subject to change but they provide early glimpses of construction plans.

Clive Christian Perfume was once the Crown Perfumery Company, a historic fragrance house founded in 1872. The brand had been making perfumes for more than a century by the time interior designer Clive Christian acquired it in 1999. It’s widely recognizable for its bottle shape topped with Queen Victoria’s crown, to which she granted the right.
