The BooMont Hotel is back Sept. 4–Nov. 1, with new rooms, a mirror maze and a 13-stop scavenger hunt
The BooMont Hotel checked its first modern-day guests into Galleria Dallas last fall, but apparently 13 haunted rooms weren’t enough. The immersive Halloween attraction returns Sept. 4 after another round of renovations, adding two new rooms, more space and new ways to explore the fictional hotel.
The return follows BOO!’s 2025 debut at Galleria Dallas, when the attraction introduced visitors to its mysterious rooms, interactive spaces and elaborate fictional history.
What’s New At The Hotel
New for 2026 are a ghost pool and haunted mirror maze, along with a Master Key scavenger hunt that sends visitors through 13 stops around the hotel. Guests can explore the attraction’s public rooms at their own pace, with interactive spaces and photo opportunities throughout. Several RFID-enabled experiences connect to guests’ hotel keys, allowing photos to be sent directly to their phones.
BOO! was created by BAYMO, the team behind Galleria Dallas’ SNOWDAY and Santaland experiences. The attraction describes itself as more spooky than scary, with dark rooms and potentially frightening moments but no gore, blood or actors jumping out at visitors.
A Hotel With A Haunted History — Sort Of
Part of the fun is The BooMont Hotel’s elaborate fictional backstory. According to the attraction’s lore, Rupert B. BooMont opened the hotel in 1901 before a mysterious lightning storm led to the disappearance of several guests, including BooMont himself and the hotel’s eventual closure in 1925.
A century later, BAYMO “reopened” the hotel in 2025. This year’s supposed renovations continue that story, turning the attraction’s real-world expansion into another chapter of its fictional history.

What To Know
The attraction will be open Fridays through Sundays from Sept. 4–27 before expanding to daily operations beginning Oct. 2 through Nov. 1. Special adults-only nights are also planned for October, with dates to be announced.
General admission starts at $24.95, while the $34.95 Master Key Bundle includes access to the new scavenger hunt. A $49.95 VIP option includes anytime entry, skip-the-line privileges and additional souvenirs. BOO! is located on Level 3 of Galleria Dallas, 13350 Dallas Parkway, near Raising Cane’s.
