Two popular athletic brands are making their debut in the San Antonio area.
Vuori, known for its comfortable athletic apparel, plans to open its first store in the Shops at La Cantera. The brand is completing an estimated $1.1 million in renovations on its 4,795-square-foot space, which is expected to be completed by February 2027, on San Antonio’s far Northwest Side, according to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
Vuori’s athleisure and performance clothing is inspired by the active Coastal California lifestyle. The brand features a soft and moisture-wicking DreamKnit fabric in its popular lounge and jogger lines.
In San Marcos, Hoka plans to open its first store in the Premium Outlets. The athletic shoe brand is known for its cloudlike cushioned midsoles and lightweight design.
Hoka is completing an estimated $300,000 in renovations on its new store, according to a filing with TDLR. A spokesperson confirmed that the 3,266-square-foot space will open on Nov. 6 this year. San Antonio-area stores, such as Fleet Feet and Dick’s Sporting Goods, already sell the popular footwear, but this will be its first corporate-owned store.
Details in state filings are preliminary and subject to change without notice.
