Plano City Hall will consider purchasing four Flock license plate readers at Monday’s city council meeting.
The Plano City Council meets at 6 p.m. at City Hall, located at 17 East Main Street in downtown Plano.
The police department is receiving $14,000 to pay for the cameras.
Also on the agenda are city bill payments totaling about $793,300, snow removal services, and several public works purchases.
At the committee of the whole meeting to follow, the council will discuss purchasing new stun guns for the police department and the city’s annual tax levy. The city is requesting a 4.99 percent increase over last year, for a total of about $2.5 million.
