Another finance firm will call Dallas’ luxe Preston Center home.

Lane Four Capital Partners, which helps private equity firms provide debt financing, announced Thursday the opening of a new headquarters in Preston Center. The new digs come as the debt capital markets advisory firm hits $2.5 billion in total debt capital commitments it helped clients raise.

“Our growth reflects the way we’ve built Lane Four from the beginning: to operate as an extension of each sponsor’s team across the full portfolio and the full debt lifecycle, not just at initial acquisition,” said Rob Chuchla, co-founder of Lane Four, in a statement. “That continuity allows us to develop a deep understanding of our clients’ portfolios and priorities and has led clients to engage us mandate after mandate.”

Lane Four also announced it hired its inaugural analyst class, capping off two years of strong growth since the firm was founded in Austin in 2024. The company is advising private equity sponsors on complex financing situations like acquisition financing and recapitalizations across the sponsor’s entire portfolio.

“One thing that hasn’t changed as we’ve grown is how we conduct ourselves in the market,” said Robert Buckwalter, co-founder of Lane Four. “We understand the objectives of the sponsor, the borrower, and the lender, and our role is to help our clients achieve the best possible outcome while facilitating an efficient, constructive process with their lender partners. That approach has earned us trust on both sides of the table.”
