The Dallas Cowboys play their second preseason game of the 2026 NFL season Saturday night, an away game at the Arizona Cardinals. The Cowboys were pleased with their first effort, a 17-7 victory over the Seattle Seahawks.
Many of the same roster battles will be happening this week such as backup QB between Sam Howell and Joe Milton, RB2 from a group of contestants, and some of the depth positions throughout the defense. It will also be interesting to see how many snaps the rookies get like Caleb Downs, Malachi Lawrence and Jaishawn Barham, who is returning from injury.
