SAN ANTONIO — A man in his 70s was hospitalized after being struck by a vehicle on the Northeast Side.
The collision happened around 9:14 a.m. Saturday at the intersection of Walzem Road and Ray Bon Drive.
Police on scene said the man was crossing the street in the crosswalk when a vehicle that was making a left turn struck him.
The man fell and sustained head injuries. He was transported to a local hospital with possible life threatening injuries, police said.
The driver remained on scene. The investigation remains ongoing.
