As the president and CEO of Centro San Antonio Trish Deberry is most at home in downtown San Antonio. This morning we’re getting to know her as we go Beyond the Menu at Bohanan’s.
Chef Heather was also here to show us how some of the items at Bohanan’s are made. Trish Deberry’s favorite meal is the baked brie, and she showed us how they go from raw brie to deliciously breaded baked brie with pecans.
