Plano office campus with more than half a million square feet of space has hit the market.

An affiliate of California real estate investor KBS Realty Advisors is looking to sell Legacy Town Center I-III, a three-building Class AA campus in the Legacy business park. Real estate firm JLL is marketing the property. Jonathan Napper, the firm’s senior managing director, posted the listing on social media Monday afternoon.

Napper declined to answer questions about the property. KBS Real Estate Investment Trust III has owned the campus since 2012, and the firm said its time to try and sell the offices.

“Our decision to bring the property to market reflects a disciplined portfolio management strategy and an evaluation of where the asset is in its investment lifecycle,” Brett Merz, senior vice president and co-director of investment management at KBS, said in a statement. “We believe the property is well positioned to attract investor interest given its location, operating history, and continued relevance within one of the country’s strongest growth markets.”

The 522,000-square-foot property is 91% leased. Notable tenants include office real estate company WeWork and insurance brokerage Brown & Brown. The campus’ first office building was finished in 2001 and the third was completed in 2006. The property underwent renovations in 2023, according to the listing.

Collin County records show KBS properties at the site, including the multistory office campus and parking garages, are valued at nearly $125 million for tax purposes. The Legacy Town Center office campus is about a mile from the 54-acre site where AT&T plans to build its more than $1 billion global headquarters.

KBS is one of the largest owners and operators of commercial real estate buildings in the nation, and the firm has sold or attempted to sell a few North Texas properties in recent months.

The California-based company sold Tollway North Office Park, a seven-building, 297,591-square-foot Class A business campus in Legacy Business Park, to BH Properties.

KBS also put the Providence Towers office complex at Spring Valley Road and the Dallas North Tollway on the market earlier this year.

“We continue to maintain a significant portfolio in the region and view Dallas-Fort Worth as one of the country’s premier growth markets,” Merz said.

Dallas-Fort Worth is one of the nation’s strongest office markets as rents for Class A properties hit a record high. Net absorption, based on known move-ins and office exits, is expected to show the strongest occupancy gains in North Texas in nearly a decade, according to a second-quarter 2026 office report from real estate firm Cushman & Wakefield.
