SAN ANTONIO — A driver suffered a medical episode on Wednesday afternoon, triggering a three-vehicle crash that sent one person to the hospital, according to San Antonio police.
The incident occurred around 12:54 p.m. in the 4500 block of Northwest Loop 410.
A 45-year-old woman was driving southbound when she experienced a medical episode and lost control of her vehicle. Her car veered off the highway and struck two other vehicles, driven by a 50-year-old woman and a 59-year-old man.
The investigation remains ongoing.
