U.S. Marshals find 2 missing children in vehicle during felony warrant arrest

SAN ANTONIO — Two missing juveniles were found inside a vehicle after U.S. Marshals arrested a man on a felony parole violation warrant Thursday.

Authorities responded to the 400 block of West Cevallos Street around 11:16 a.m., where U.S. Marshals and local law enforcement officers arrested 39-year-old Francisco Hernandez.

During the arrest, officers found the two juveniles in Hernandez’s vehicle. Authorities said Hernandez was not the legal guardian of either juvenile.

The investigation remains ongoing.
