HORIZON CITY, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) — A 20-year-old man from Horizon City is facing sexual assault charges after police allege he raped a girl at his home.
On Aug. 20, Jonathan Ontiveros was arrested, booked into the El Paso County Downtown Jail and charged with sexual assault after he allegedly raped a woman who started dating.
In the complaint affidavit, the victim told investigators that on Aug. 17, she and Ontiveros were in his bedroom at his family home watching a movie when Ontiveros allegedly forced sexual contact on the victim despite her telling him repeatedly she didn’t want to.
The victim described how, after her repeated refusal, Ontiveros would pin her and hold her down, forcing himself.

The victim said she had met Ontiveros just a couple of days before on Aug. 6 and had gone out on a date.
The day after the alleged incident, the victim went to the hospital where she reported what had happened and the police were called.
According to jail records, as of Monday afternoon, Ontiveros remains in jail under a $50,000 bond.
