Dallas Police Department officials identified the victim as 24-year-old Grabiel Hurtado-Gutierrez.
DALLAS — A man was killed after being shot in the face early Thursday morning, Dallas Police Department (DPD) officials said in a press release.
DPD got to the scene in the 3600 block of South Polk Street around 1: 30 a.m. on Aug. 27 after a request for assistance came in from Dallas Fire-Rescue (DFR).
DFR pronounced the man deceased at the scene. DPD officials identified the victim as 24-year-old Grabiel Hurtado-Gutierrez.
According to DPD, Hurtado-Gutierrez was shot by an unknown suspect and it is continuing to investigate the shooting.
