RNR Real Estate Briefs – (Realty News Report) – HOUSTON – HRSS CPAs, a Houston-based accounting firm led by Managing Partner Sabeen Pirzada, leased 19,569 SF at Millennium Tower, a Class A office property at 10375 Richmond Ave. in the Westchase District. The firm will relocate from 6671 Southwest Freeway to a full floor in Millennium Tower in Q4 2026. Lucian Bukowski and Kylee Antweil of Stream Realty Partners represented the tenant. JP Hutcheson of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, Millennium Tower LLC.

HOUSTON – CoHousing Houston announced completion of construction and the start of move-ins at East End Commons, a multi-generational cohousing community in the East End. Ten of the projects 33 private residents remain available for purchase. Designed by architect Kathleen English of English + Associates and developed in partnership with Concept Neighborhood, East End Commons contains residences ranging from 900 to nearly 2,000 square feet with up to four bedrooms. Prices range from the $300,000s to the $900,000s. The property is at 115 Lenox and 114 Delmar St.

HOUSTON – Erin Kerrigan and Chris Gempton of Kerrigan Advisors represented the Janke family in the sale of Tommie Vaughn Ford, a Houston landmark dealership in the Greater Heights neighborhood, to Vaughan Automotive, a Boerne, Texas-based group led by Shawn Vaughan. Vaughan Automotive is one of the nation’s fastest-growing dealership groups.

HOUSTON – Public Content, one of Houston’s largest  communications and marketing agencies, is doubling its physical footprint . In October, the agency will relocate to a 6,300-SF headquarters at River Oaks Green, a boutique office building at 3131 Eastside Street in Upper Kirby. Lucian Bukowski of Stream Realty represented the tenant. Monte Calvert of Transwestern represented the building owner. Co-owned by Stuart Rosenberg and Amy Johnston, Public Content was formed in 2018 with a foundation in media relations, social media, and community engagement.  The company’s offices are currently located at 3737 Buffalo Speedway at Richmond Avenue, near Greenway Plaza and the  RO mixed use campus under development by Friedkin Group and Transwestern.

HOUSTON – Newcor announced three leases at 25903 Elmfield Drive in the Creekside and Augusta Pines area, near The Woodlands. Newcor brokers Axel Hevener and Rob Banzhaf handled the leases, which include: Happy Land, an indoor children’s playground, Make Art, an arts and crafts studio for children and families, and Tee Box, a golf simulator and entertainment concept.

SPRING, Texas – Alliance Residential has broken ground on Broadstone Gosling Oaks, a 388-unit apartment community within the 50-acre Gosling Oaks mixed use development at the southeast corner of Gosling Road and West Rayford Road in Spring. Scottsdale, Arizona-based Alliance Residential acquired the 14.64-acre site from Newman CRE. The first residences are expected to open in December 2026. Newman CRE plans more than 100,000 square feet of retail, restaurant, and office space at Gosling Oaks. In June, Alliance Residential announced the acquisition of Santoro, a 387-unit garden style community at 7105 Old Katy Road.

PASADENA, Texas – Reed Vestal, John Erck, and Quade Towers of Junction Commercial Real Estate represented The Allman Company – Houston in the lease of 20,200 SF on 6.19-acres at 2910 Pasadena Freeway in Pasadena. The tenant, Atlantic Pacific Equipment, was represented by Trey Erwin, Josh Carl, and Walker McCairns of NAI Robert Lynn. Junction‘s Construction Management division was retained by the landlord to complete site improvements including new paving and asphalt parking, stormwater system upgrades, and interior renovations for the new tenant.

KATY, Texas – Karma Kolaches leased 1,300 SF in Katy Pointe Shopping Center, at Clay and Porter roads in Katy. Kevin Sims, Nick Ramsey and Ben Postma of NewQuest represented the landlord, Katy Pointe Investments LLC. Abdul Sabha of Huntington Properties represented the tenant.

BRISCOE, Texas – Soluna Holdings, a developer of green data centers for intensive computing applications, including AI and Bitcoin mining, has purchased 397 acres in Briscoe County, Texas. The land will host Project Dorothy 3, Soluna’s planned renewable-first AI computing campus with a potential capacity of up to 300 MW. The parcel sits adjacent to Projects Dorothy 1 and 2 and to the 150 MW Briscoe Wind Farm, which Soluna acquired in April.

MELISSA, Texas – W Properties announced plans for a 252-unit garden-style apartment community on 12 acres adjacent to Everbloom, the company’s 343-unit build-to-rent community at 4515 Bluebonnet Lane in Melissa, Texas. Delivery is planned in early 2029.

TAYLOR, TEXAS – Austin-based real estate development firm Metropolitan Development Co. announced that vertical construction has begun on The Ferguson, a mixed-use residential and retail community space at 1300 W. Second St. in Taylor, Texas. The four-story, 82-unit condominium project anchors the city’s historic downtown and is set to be completed in summer 2027. Fesidential condominiums, live-work units for small business owners, and commercial spaces are for sale with prices starting at $239,000. Taylor’s transformation is being driven largely by Samsung’s massive semiconductor campus, including its $16.5 billion partnership with Tesla to produce next-generation AI chips through 2033. The project team includes MDC’s founder Pawel (Paul) Hardej, lead architect Pappageorge Haymes Partners, interior designer Urban Foundry, civil engineer WGI, and construction lead Cordos Development and Associates.

FORT WORTH – BGO, a global real estate investment manager, and Alliance Industrial Co., a vertically integrated industrial real estate investment, development and operating company, announced the acquisition of Northwest Commerce Park Building 2. The 266,152-SF building at 2765 Highway 114 in Fort Worth was acquired through a joint venture. Completed in 2020, the building has 32-foot clear heights, 51 dock-high doors, two drive-in doors, a 185-foot concrete truck court, 46 trailer stalls, and 135 parking spaces. The deal marks the first D-FW acquisition for Alliance Logistics Fund I. Seyfarth Shaw LLP acted as legal counsel for BGO.

PFLUGERVILLE, Texas – Kids Empire leased 8,500 SF in Stone Hill Town Center, located at the intersection of TX 130 and TX 45, Pflugerville, from NewQuest. Josh Friedlander of NewQuest represented the landlord. James Van Trease and Nick Naumann of the Weitzman Group represented the tenant.

DALLAS – Stockdale Capital Partners has established an office in Dallas, as the Los Angeles-based real estate investment firm expands its platform nationally, announced Co-founder and Managing Partner Dan Michaels.
