SOCORRO, TEXAS — Police are asking for the public’s help identifying a man accused of robbing a Socorro gas station at gunpoint.
The robbery happened around 12:23 a.m. Friday, April 24, at the Murphy USA on Alameda. Police say the suspect initially purchased gas before returning to the store with a handgun and demanding money from the register.
The suspect fled with an undisclosed amount of cash. He is described as a Hispanic male, 20 to 25 years old, with a medium build. He was wearing a black jacket, an orange Denver Broncos No. 94 jersey and a blue face covering.
