Fire damages vacant Central El Paso home
El Paso firefighters responded early Tuesday to a fire at a vacant home in Central El Paso.
The fire was reported at about 2:47 a.m. in the 3700 block of Morehead Avenue, near Stevens Street.
The El Paso Fire Department said the home was vacant. Twelve units and 30 firefighters responded to the Condition 2 fire, which was extinguished by 3:59 a.m.
No injuries or transports were reported. Fire investigators were headed to the scene to determine the cause.
