The new EōS Fitness is located at 6101 K Ave. and opens this weekend.
EōS Fitness celebrated the opening of its third Plano location Aug. 29 with a grand opening event at its new gym at 6101 K Ave.
The 45,000-square-foot fitness center, which opened in July, is the company’s 32nd location in Texas. The grand opening celebration included live music, local vendors, fitness demonstrations, food, family-friendly activities and tours of the facility.
The renovated gym offers a range of fitness and recovery amenities, including an indoor pool, hot tub, saunas, cold plunge and infrared sauna. Other features include a cardio theater, indoor turf training area, group fitness classes, personal training and strength and cardio equipment.
The facility also includes several dedicated recovery areas. The Tank features percussion massagers, compression boots and stretch tables, while the Recovery Room includes massage chairs and heated and cooled recovery loungers.
Additional offerings include EōS Smart Strength Equipment powered by EGYM, an Evolt 360 body composition scanner and free weights up to 150 pounds.
The K Avenue gym is EōS Fitness’ third location in Plano. The company has more than 225 locations open or planned across seven states.
The Plano gym is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
