According to the police report, after an arrest warrant was issued for Rozo, officers located her vehicle at an apartment complex in the area of Tech Ridge Boulevard in North Austin.

During a search of the vehicle, officers found approximately 400 suspected stolen bank cards, nearly 300 gift cards, two counterfeit “Arrow Keys” and other evidence, police say.

Police described Arrow Keys as specialized keys commonly used to access large, cluster-style mailboxes and can facilitate the theft of larger quantities of mail.

Investigators obtained a search warrant for Rozo’s apartment, where they recovered additional evidence associated with mail theft, identity theft and fraud, according to the statement.

According to Austin police, the investigation resulted in the seizure of:

Rozo was arrested and booked on the outstanding warrant for credit card or bank card abuse, as well as charges for unlawful conduct involving a mail receptacle or lock and manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), the statement reads.

Additional charges are expected as investigators examine and determine her full criminal activity.
