SOUTHEAST SOUTHWEST LOUISIANA — Tropical Storm Edouard made landfall a little after 12:30 p.m. today, near the Texas-Louisiana state line close to Johnson Bayou, Louisiana.
Peak winds were about 60 mph.
There will be periods of heavy rain in Beaumont and to the west/northwest as the rain bands rotate across the area.
