Plans are in the works for a new Golf Lounge 18 at Shops at Tech Ridge in Austin.

The company leased 12,000 square feet of retail space in the shopping center in July, according to a news release by commercial real estate agency Weitzman.
Golf Lounge 18, which has 11 other locations throughout the country, offers indoor golfing featuring Trackman Golf Simulators. These simulators allow patrons to see what it’s like to play at over 450 golf courses around the world.
A renovation project for the company’s new space is slated to begin in late September, with completion expected in February 2027, according to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. The scope of work includes a kitchen, bar, restrooms and support spaces.
