Fort Worth
Earlier this year, “Lioness” closed down University Drive for season 3 filming.
The production shut down the road to film stunt, driving and collision scenes, according to a city street use permit. Part of South University Drive and a majority of University Drive were impacted for two days in March.
It wasn’t inherently clear where the scenes fit into the third season. The Star-Telegram caught a glimpse of filming and saw an all-black car with a camera adorned to its roof driving behind a black sedan and black SUV.
All these months later, it appears viewers will finally get a chance to see what was filmed on the road. Here’s what to know.
