NBC 5, Telemundo 39, and La Gran Plaza invite you to an evening full of culture and fun at the Fiestas Patrias 2026 celebration! The event returns on Sunday, September 13, from 1:00 – 7:00 p.m. in Fort Worth.
La Gran Plaza’s Fiestas Patrias event will attract spectators and mall patrons for what will be an evening full of pride and culture. Enjoy colorful performances from folkloric dancers, Matachines, music from mariachis and several bands, authentic Mexican food, and much more!
Telemundo 39’s Ana Mafud will be there to introduce the Consulate General of Mexico in Dallas, Luis Rodríguez Bucio, to present the “Grito de Independencia”, or cry of independence, at 4:00 p.m.
