Don Felder, the former lead guitarist for the Eagles who performed the solo from the song “Hotel California,” is headlining Bedford’s Beats and Eats Fest on Saturday, Sept. 5.
Bedford is kicking off the Labor Day weekend with the day-long festival at Generations Park at Boys Ranch, 2801 Forest Ridge Drive, featuring plenty of music, food and fun for the kids.
The event is free, and Beats and Eats goes from 2 p.m. to 11 p.m. Parking is also free, and there are also shuttles to and from the event. Parking and shuttles are available at Pennington Field, 1501 Central Drive, and parking is available in other locations in Bedford.
There will be plenty of food trucks, serving everything from fancy snow cones to fried oreos and barbecue.
There is also a kids’ zone, with plenty of fun activities for the little ones.
