ATLANTA, Georgia—Hotel Equities announced that it has partnered with Lodgic Hospitality to manage its three-hotel portfolio in Austin, Texas, consisting of the Aloft by Marriott Austin Northwest, Tru by Hilton Austin NW Arboretum, and Hilton Garden Inn Austin Central. The properties are owned by entities affiliated with Lodgic Hospitality and its investment partners.
The additions expand Hotel Equities’ Austin presence to seven hotels and its Texas portfolio to 25 properties under management, with another currently under construction.
