ABERNATHY, Texas (KCBD) – The city has announced a planned electrical outage in Abernathy Thursday night from 11 p.m. to midnight.
Xcel Energy will be working on the electrical lines in the area from 1st Street to 6th street on Ave D.
The city says this should take no more than an hour.
