EL PASO, TEXAS (KFOX14/CBS4) — Firefighters are responding to a fire in El Paso’s Upper Valley this morning.
The fire is happening on Borderland Rd. and Upper Valley Rd.
Large flames can be seen on scene and plumes of black smoke are visible from a distance.
El Paso Fire Department and Doña Ana Fire Rescue crews are on scene.
