MONAHANS, Texas (KCBD) – The No. 2 Idalou Wildcats turned in another dominating performance against a larger school. One week after beating Sweetwater 31-6, they won at Monahans 35-14.
Brayden Hurst, AJ Huddleston, and Cooper Wilson accounted for Wildcat scores. One of the game’s highlights came late in the second quarter when Wilson returned a 99-yard interception in for a touchdown.
Idalou will seek out its third victory next Friday when the also-unbeaten Levelland Lobos come to Taylor/Reddell Field.
