The popular burger concept will join a growing lineup of restaurants, entertainment and other amenities
One of North Texas’ favorite burger spots is heading to Allen. Rodeo Goat signed a lease for a new restaurant at Sloan Corners, Billingsley Company’s large-scale mixed-use development at SH-121 and US-75.
The restaurant will be part of the development’s SH-121 retail district, putting it near one of the busiest intersections in North Texas. An opening date has not yet been announced.
Known for its creative burgers, hand-punched fries and craft beer, Rodeo Goat currently has locations across North Texas, including in Dallas, Fort Worth, Frisco, Plano, Addison, Denton, Rockwall and Cypress Waters.
A Familiar Restaurant Group Expands Its Footprint
The Allen restaurant will continue a relationship between Billingsley Company and Dallas restaurateur Shannon Wynne and his partners. The Sloan Corners location will be the group’s fifth restaurant within a Billingsley development.

Rodeo Goat Joins A Growing Lineup
Rodeo Goat won’t be the only place to eat or grab a drink at Sloan Corners. Mexican Bar Company and Flat Grounds Coffee are also planned for Bravo Park, the development’s central green space. City Futsal is slated to join them, adding a recreational component to the park.
Bravo Park officially opened June 20 and is designed as a gathering place surrounded by walking trails, green space, public art, dog parks and pickleball courts.
The development plans to incorporate the existing natural landscape into its public spaces, with trails, playgrounds, dog parks, public art and other amenities intended to encourage people to spend time outdoors.
$3 Billion Development Takes Shape In Allen
Sloan Corners is planned across roughly 480 acres in Allen and Fairview, with an estimated $3 billion investment at full buildout. The master-planned community is expected to combine apartments, offices, retail, restaurants and outdoor amenities into a walkable neighborhood.
The first Allen phases are expected to include more than 180,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space and nearly 4,000 multifamily residences, with office development planned for the future. More than 50 acres of parks and open space are planned throughout the development, including trails, dog parks, pickleball courts and public art.
For Rodeo Goat, the location also comes with plenty of visibility. The SH-121 and US-75 intersection sees more than 300,000 vehicles each day, placing the restaurant in front of a substantial stream of North Texas traffic.
