The Trinity River Book Festival is a family-friendly festival which celebrates literacy, books, reading, authors, and the literary arts while bringing the community together for a fun and engaging day. The festival kicks off with the Run-to-Read 5K/1K Run/Walk, a fundraising initiative supporting literacy and community programming. Throughout the day, festivalgoers can enjoy featured speakers, author presentations and book signings, panel discussions, live performances, reading circles, food, vendors, a Children’s Zone, and more. Families will also enjoy the Children’s Entrepreneur Marketplace, a lively marketplace where young entrepreneurs showcase and sell their products, share their creativity, and gain valuable real-world business experience.
