SAN ANTONIO – A cellphone video and witness accounts helped identify the man accused of fatally stabbing 33-year-old Cecilio Reyes Lucio during a West Side fight earlier this month.
According to an arrest affidavit, Lucio was found with multiple stab wounds shortly after midnight on September 2 near Richter Street and San Fernando Street. He later died at a hospital.

A neighbor’s cellphone video captured part of the aftermath, court records state. In it, a shirtless man with a knife can allegedly be heard threatening to stab Lucio again as Lucio, wearing a red shirt, appears injured.
Witnesses identified the suspect as Bryan Allen Wilson, 25, also known as “Chops,” and said the stabbing followed a fight between the two men.
Wilson was arrested after a SWAT response at an apartment on Torreon Street. He is charged with murder.
