Everyone loves a good bargain. Another place to find one is coming to San Antonio. Burlington is planning another location on the city’s Northside, according to a state filing. The New Jersey-founded company, known for its budget-friendly clothing and home items, has its eyes set on a suite within the Fiesta Trails Shopping Center.
Plans for the spot were revealed in a Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation report filed on Tuesday, September 8. In it, the store address is listed as 12635 W. Interstate 10 and mentions Suite 505. That means folks based near the Huntington Place neighborhood and Clark High School will be among the closest to all the deals. Other tenants within the Fiesta Trails plaza include Hotworx, Bob Mills Furniture, and dd’s Discounts.
The brand offers women’s apparel, men’s clothing, footwear, and more at up to 60% lower prices compared to other retailers, according to its website. If all goes as planned, the I-10 location would bring the number of Alamo City Burlington locations to seven.
Construction on the roughly 30,400-square-foot property is expected to begin in January of 2027, online records show. Crews will finish up tasks at the site that summer. Project leaders are investing about $1 million into its creation, as it involves renovations to a preexisting store.
Most recently, the location was home to Marshalls. In April, it announced its permanent closure amid a relocation to the RIM, which began operating at 5811 Worth Parkway inside Suite 109 the following month. After being struck by a tornado in July, it shut down for about two weeks before reopening.
