LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – Starting September 21, Ti-Zack Concrete and its subcontractors will perform underground utility improvements and temporary paving along Broadway Street, from Ave O to Ave E, before final paving improvements are made.
The work is part of the Broadway Street Reconstruction Project.
Intermittent road closures will occur along Broadway until utility work is completed on or before Dec. 1.
Citizens are encouraged to drive with caution through the area and follow any posted detour signage.
